Healing the Trauma of Chronic Illness

Dealing long term with a chronic illness is exhausting.  In addition to the fatigue and debilitating pain that disease itself can bring, those suffering from chronic conditions often have emotional trauma to deal with.  Missing out on life, suffering from silent symptoms, seeking endlessly to find answers and solutions, being made to feel that the disease is their own fault.  The compounded physical and emotional pain can be crippling.

I have found that many of my clients benefit from a combination of a healing diet and healing thoughts.  Healing thoughts can be affected through modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Self-Compassion Practices and Deep Subconscious Hypnosis.

Your subconscious beliefs, those rules and patterns that your body follows, even when the conscious mind tries to dictate otherwise, have a powerful effect on your body.  You can begin to heal when you believe you are healed.  Your body can eradicate old viruses and bacterial pockets hidden away, it can work to aggressively seek out and destroy cells that do not belong.  It can grow new tissues and heal neural pathways.  Pain patterns are forgotten.  Your mind can help your body to create a new reality.

You can’t eat garbage and heal your body.  Your body can only create new material with the material that you give it to work with.  You also can’t think garbage and heal your body.  Your body can only follow the blueprints created by the mind.  When you discover a way to give your body good materials to build with and good thoughts to follow, healing will happen effortlessly.

Are you being called to heal, deeply and completely?  If the answer is yes, visit me here to learn more.
